This month, I actually had my new weekly spread done before the beginning of the month. It was a sticker pack that I made for MyMemories. But I forgot to add “week of” and the month sticker. It is in the sticker pack though (I just remembered LOL). You can get it free thru June 5th at MyMemories.
So here is my weekly layout for the Month of June…. oops I see that I wrote July – I will have to go fix that in my GoodNotes planner. I started to write July in the title above as well… I really love the bright colors.
I decided to look thru some of my Bible Word Art and chose 2. This Sunday at church (online still), we are going thru Philippians (ch2 now).
12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, 13 for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
14 Do all things without grumbling or disputing, 15 that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, 16 holding fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor in vain. 17 Even if I am to be poured out as a drink offering upon the sacrificial offering of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all. 18 Likewise you also should be glad and rejoice with me.
I realized that I have been doing some grumbling this past few months with the virus etc. So I do need to make an effort to be thankful of all that God is doing, when I feel like grumbling about things. SO I wanted this reminder in my planner. I thought these 2 verses were good to point me in that direction!
I need to work on updating my daily to do’s, on the left side. 1st listed for each day, is my house cleaning schedule. I try to focus one room each day of the week. It makes it so much easier to maintain a bit of order in our home. Of course there are things that get done daily – but the idea is to do a good cleaning on the daily “room”. I do want to work on my “work” schedule – it needs to reflect some changes, especially as I want to emphasize this blog now.
On the right side, I have a bunch of trackers. I like having them weekly, because if I have a bad week – I don’t have that staring at me for a whole month. Each week I can start anew, plus I like less clutter. I do find tracking our dinners helps with left overs in the fridge. It is also great for meal planning. Ie yesterday, I could look back and realized that we did not have nachos last week….
So do you use either a digital or paper planner? Please share some of your ideas below. Remember, you can upload photos of planners in the comments!
